Office of Equity, Provost Create New Hiring Guidelines

To better assist academic units in their efforts to recruit and hire new faculty members, the Office of University Equity and the Office of the Provost have created a booklet outlining the proper steps to follow in this process. “Forms and Procedures for an Approved Faculty Search,” is designed for department chairs and heads of search committees as a thorough check-list to follow throughout the hiring process.
