At its final meeting of the academic year, the Faculty Senate voted to approve minor changes in the teacher/course evaluation form used at the end of each semester and elected a new chair, Peter Pober, professor of communication and director of the Forensics Team.

Mason’s College of Visual and Performing Arts announces the second annual Mason Summer Festival, to be held on Mason’s Fairfax Campus May 31 to June 27.

This month-long festival celebrates artists and arts organizations from the university community and around the Northern Virginia region, presenting a diverse selection of artistic performances and events that unite professional artists, student artists, arts organizations and the community in a creative environment.

Inventive Engineering Class Broadens Perspective

Mason Awarded Grant to Support Veterans’ Services

Mason was one of 20 institutions of higher education recently awarded a Success for Veterans Award grant from the American Council on Education (ACE) and the Wal-Mart Foundation.
