Mason’s Zotero Research Software Bundled in Web Browser Package

Easy-to-use research software developed at Mason is being packaged in Mozilla’s new, free Firefox Campus Edition this fall. Introduced last year, Zotero is changing the way research is stored, shared and organized digitally.

Former Patriots standout Jen Derevjanik became just the third Mason alum to win an American professional sports title this week when her Phoenix Mercury team defeated the Detroit Shock to claim the 2007 WNBA Championship.

Administration to Offer University Budget Forum

Fall Convocation to Be Held Oct. 17

Mason’s fall 2007 convocation is set for Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 3 p.m. in the Johnson Center’s Dewberry Hall on the Fairfax Campus. “Celebrating the Present, Preparing for the Future” is the title of the event, which is open to the entire campus community. Mason alumni and city and county leaders are also invited.
