One of the main functions of the University Libraries Special Collections and Archives department (SC&A) is to collect materials on the history of George Mason University. The materials are either donated or the staff actively searches for sources.

At a reception on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 3:30 p.m., Mason’s Women’s Studies Program will honor seven of its faculty members who have recently written books.
The reception will be held in the Women’s Studies Research and Resource Center in the Johnson Center, Room 240K, on the Fairfax Campus.
