There’s Still Time: Two More Days to Contribute to CVC

This year’s Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) – a means for state employees to make charitable donations – will come to a conclusion on Wednesday, Dec. 20.

“We’ve really seen an outpouring of people wanting to give in creative ways,” says Nicole Mason, assistant program manager of the CVC Campaign. “However, many charities and causes are often forgotten, especially around Christmas. We’ve made a good push, but there’s still much more ground to cover.”

All those who wish to make a donation are encouraged to submit their pledge card to Human Resources by the end of the work day Wednesday. One hundred percent of the tax-deductible donation goes directly to the designated charity.
