Reminder: Faculty and Staff Parking Permit Applications

Mason employees received an e-mail notice about the process for signing up for new non-expiring payroll deduction parking permits. The deadline to apply online and have the permit mailed is today, Aug. 15.
After today, you can still order through the online form, but you’ll have to pick up the permit in the Parking Services office beginning three business days following submission of the application.
You can also access the online payroll deduction permit application online.
Only those eligible as determined by the Payroll Department will have their applications processed. All others will be voided, and you will need to pre-order or purchase a permit and pay with cash, check, money order, Mason Money or Visa/Mastercard.
Administrative, Service/Repair and Surface Reserved Permits can continue to be paid via payroll deduction, but not through an online application;applications must be submitted to the Parking Services office with payment (including the payroll deduction option if eligible). These forms can be downloaded.
In-Person Parking Permit Sale Dates:
- Aug. 14 to 18: Faculty and staff only in the Student Union Building II Ballroom
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Aug. 21 to Sept. 1: Students, faculty and staff in the Student Union Building II Ballroom
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Lot R permits for Liberty Square and Potomac Heights will be sold in the Parking Services office only.
Bring your vehicle registration with you when buying a permit. All citations must be paid before you will be allowed to purchase a parking permit.
