University Mourns Death of Prof. William Lash III

Lash began teaching at Mason’s School of Law in 1994. His areas of specialty were corporate finance, corporations, international transactions and securities regulation. Lash left the university in 2001 to serve as assistant secretary for market access and compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce until 2005. He returned to Mason in the fall of 2005 to resume teaching duties.
