 Runners take off at the starting line of Mason’s 10th annual Victims’ Rights Week 5K Run and Walk on Thursday. Coordinated by the George Mason University Police Department and Sexual Assault Services, the event is held in memory of Aimee Willard, a George Mason student who was raped and murdered, and for increased rights for all crime victims.
