Tickets on Sale for NCAA Game; Bus to Leave from Mason

Tickets to Friday’s George Mason-Michigan State University game in Dayton, Ohio, as part of the first round of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament will be available for sale according to the following schedule:
- Tuesday, March 14: Tickets will be available to Mason students from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Field House or by phone at 703-993-3270 on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will pay, get their name recorded and be given a receipt. Tickets will then be available for pick-up at the Crown Plaza in Dayton the morning of the game. The receipt and a Mason ID will be required.
- Wednesday, March 15: Any leftover tickets will be available for purchase from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 703-993-3270.
Tickets cost $60. If you purchase tickets to the first round of the NCAA tournament and Mason advances to the second round, you will automatically be charged for tickets to the second round.
A deluxe bus, free for Mason fans bound for Dayton, will leave Mason Hall at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 17. Expected arrival time in Dayton at the Doubletree Hotel is 5 p.m. Game time tip-off is 7 p.m. A block of rooms for Mason fans has been reserved. Total room cost is $140.00 per night for up to four people in a room.
If the Patriots fail to advance after the first round, the bus will return on Saturday morning, March 18. If, as hoped, the Patriots advance, the bus will depart Sunday following the game.
The deadline for signing up for the bus and hotel is Thursday, March 16, at 9 a.m.
