Muir Explains How to Find Balance in a Busy Life

In the month of March, there are two opportunities to hear Janette Muir, associate professor, New Century College, talk about “Finding Balance in a Busy Life.” Her talk will focus on the evolving nature of work and the increased demands at home, and she will provide suggestions on how to seek balance and a less stressful life.
The first presentation is tomorrow, March 8, when Muir will present a free lecture as part of the George Mason University-Fairfax County Commission for Women Lecture Series. The talk will be presented at 7:30 p.m. in the Fairfax County Government Center, Conference Rooms 4 -5. The center is located at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.
