On Thursday, Jan. 19, at 2:30 p.m., Yuan Liu and Dennis Glanzman, senior program directors at the National Institutes of Health, will come to George Mason to give a presentation on NIH grantsmanship and funding opportunities, from predoctoral fellowships to center grants.
The free two-hour presentation will be held in the lecture room of the Krasnow Institute on the Fairfax Campus. All are invited.
The speakers are affiliated with the National Institute of Neural Disorders and Stroke and the National Institute of Mental Health. They will explain what grants and fellowships Mason researchers could and should be applying for, as well as how to improve grant skills to maximize the chance of success.
Refreshments will be served. For more information, contact Giorgio Ascoli, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-993-4383.
