University Foundation Board Elects Officers, Trustees

Albert Dwoskin, CEO and president, A.J. Dwoskin and Associates Inc., was elected chairman of the George Mason University Foundation Board of Trustees at the board’s annual meeting. The Board of Trustees generates, manages, invests, and administers private support on behalf of the university.

The board also elected Michael Anzilotti, president, Virginia Commerce Bancorp Inc., as vice chairman; and D. Jean Wu, president, Anteon Corp., as secretary. Re-elected treasurer was John Norman Jr., president, Norman Realty Inc. Paul Kyle, president, King Wholesale Inc., continues on the board as immediate past chairman.

School of Management Dean Richard Klimoski was appointed to an academic two-year term as dean representative. Judith Jobbitt is president of the foundation.

Newly elected trustees were Kendal Carson, president and CEO, United Bank Inc.; Bernard Clineburg, chair, president, and CEO, Cardinal Bank; Tim Meyers, general partner, Updata Partners; and Donna Morea, president, CGI-AMS.

Re-elected to a second three-year term were W. James Green, director, facilities and administrative services, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems; Edwin Lynch Jr., manager, Colchester Land Company LLC; and Juan Mencia, chairman and CEO, Cube Corp.

Re-elected to a third three-year term were Anzilotti; Otis Coston Jr., chairman of the board and president, Stonemark Corp.; J. Hamilton Lambert, president, J. Hamilton Lambert and Associates; and Wu.

Anzilotti, Carson, Lambert, Mencia, Meyers, and Wu are Mason alumni; Anzilotti and Lambert hold honorary degrees from Mason.
