NCAA Basketball Champion’s Challenge at the Patriot Center

NCAA Basketball Champion’s Challenge will be at George Mason’s Patriot Center today and tomorrow, held in conjunction with the Colonial Athletic Association Women’s Basketball Championship. The free event provides fans of all ages with the opportunity to experience hands-on what it’s like to be a NCAA basketball player and win great prizes in the process.

Champion’s Challenge is open today from 4 to 7:30 p.m., and tomorrow from 11 a.m. to noon. Champion’s Challenge features interactive areas where fans can participate in various activities:

  • Center Court—authentically designed half-court with goals at various heights
  • Kid’s Court—court and miniature hoops specifically designed for kids ages 2-6
  • NCAA Basketball Gaming Zone—highlighting the latest NCAA-licensed video games
  • Champion’s Challenge Dream Photo Giveaway—put yourself in an NCAA championship basketball game through photo imaging and receive a valuable fan keepsake
  • Vertical Leap Challenge—test your hops against the best in college basketball

In addition, Champion’s Challenge will feature basketball shooting games for the chance to win prizes provided by the NCAA. NCAA basketball facts and figures will be highlighted throughout the event via televisions and displays.
