Theater of the First Amendment Stages Chekhov at Old Town Hall

As part of First Fridays at Old Town Hall, Theater of the First Amendment (TFA), George Mason’s resident theater company, will stage a reading of “The Dangers of Tobacco” by Anton Chekhov. The performance is tonight at 8 p.m. at Old Town Hall in Fairfax.
Rediscover the classics with this hilarious monologue performed by Kevin Murray, managing director, TFA, and directed by Rick Davis, TFA artistic director and associate dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Selected highlights from the winning plays of TFA’s recent playwright’s competition will also be featured. A discussion and refreshments will follow the presentation.
