Provost Peter Stearns will hold a town hall meeting on Tuesday, March 29, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in Mason Hall, Room D3 A and B. “The university is undertaking several new initiatives that should be clarified and discussed,” says Stearns.
The town hall will provide a forum to learn about the new United Arab Emirates campus, “which involves exciting opportunities, but which also has provoked some concerns that should be addressed,” Stearns says. “The meeting will also present new plans for Loudoun County, a new program assessment plan, and (depending a bit on state of play by that point) the possible College of Arts and Sciences and School of Computational Sciences reorganization.”
Refreshments will be provided.
