Leonard Slatkin to Guest Conduct GMU Symphony Orchestra

George Mason’s GMU Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Anthony Maiello, will be joined by Leonard Slatkin, director of the National Symphony Orchestra, for a performance on Sunday, Feb. 6, at 7 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall.
Under this illustrious direction, the accomplished orchestra will perform a program including Barber’s Adagio for Strings and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4.
