As students prepare to close the semester with a flurry of final exams, dining facilities on campus, run by Sodexho, have begun to shift toward summer hours. Despite this, most places on campus, including the Johnson Center’s popular Center Court, will remain open normal hours for the duration of exams. One of the places on the Fairfax Campus that has already adjusted its hours slightly is Union Station, located on the first floor of SUB I, which now closes at 10 p.m., rather than 11 p.m., as it does during the height of a regular semester.

Beginning May 12, Campus Crossroads in Ciao Hall, Ike’s, and Union Station are some of the dining facilities on the Fairfax Campus that will close down for the summer. Campus Crossroads in Ciao Hall will only be open during summer camp and conference schedules. The Center Court, beginning May 17, will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, it will be open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and it will be closed Saturday and Sunday. Freshens, La Patisserie, Jazzman’s, and Express are among some of the establishments that will maintain summer hours.

Also, the meal plan period is set to end May 12, after which cash, credit cards, and Mason Money will be accepted as payment.
