The George Mason community is invited to attend the Child Development Center’s ninth annual silent auction and potluck dinner on Friday, May 7, at 5 p.m. at the Child Development Center, located in Patriots Village. Items to be auctioned include golf tickets for the Bristow Manor Golf Club, a one-month parking deck pass, gift certificates for area restaurants, and a Longaberger basket.

Since 1992, the Child Development Center has provided quality care for children ages two to five whose parents are part of the George Mason family. Each year, the center hosts the silent auction to raise funds for activities and supplies not funded by fee income. The ability of the center to fully enrich the intellectual and social development of its children is dependent upon income from this event.
