The Sixth Annual Murphy Pool Tournament was held last Sunday at Carpool in Arlington, Va. The tournament raised $2,140 for the Professor Richard S. Murphy Endowed Scholarship Fund, established in memory of Murphy, a popular professor of contracts law at George Mason’s School of Law. He died in 1997. His widow, Tecla Murphy, is shown above at the tournament.
