Blood Drive Held Today on Prince William Campus

To respond to the critical need for blood in the area, the Prince William Campus and the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center are again teaming up to sponsor another American Red Cross blood drive. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, a mobile unit will be set up outside the entrance to the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center.
To participate, call Karen Pirhalla at (703) 993-8333 to schedule an appointment. Participants must be in good health, 17 years of age or older, and weigh at least 110 pounds. They will also need to bring a photo ID at the time of donation.

For those who cannot give blood, but would like to help, volunteers are needed for one hour to help staff the blood drive registration desk in the Freedom Center lobby.
