Dance teacher Anne Pirron will offer 12 weeks of dance lessons this fall in the Johnson Center Dance Studio, located across the hall from the Bistro. Popular ballroom dances such as the foxtrot, jitterbug, waltz, cha-cha, American tango, East-Coast swing, and salsa will be covered. Continuous reviews of dance steps and dance leads will be stressed and new steps will be taught each week.
Classes will be held each Monday from Sept. 8 to Dec. 8. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are available. The cost for the class for Mason faculty, staff, and students is $4 per hour for one person, and $6 per hour for a couple. For more information, contact Pirron at (703) 425-5957.
