 Steven Cooper, chief information officer for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), spoke to approximately 120 members of the George Mason community yesterday in Mason Hall. He gave an overview of some of the problems DHS is facing today, as well as the role of information technology in homeland security. “Regardless of political affiliation, we are trying to address an American problem,” he said. |
