Staff Members Complete SUPERvisor Series

Eleven staff members at George Mason successfully completed this year’s SUPERvisor Series and were honored at a reception held May 9. The university’s office of Human Resources conducts the eight-month-long program, which helps new or experienced supervisors to become more effective.
The “graduates” are Nikkia Anderson, Center for Service and Leadership; Carla Berman, Student Activities; Rochelle Ferguson, Purchasing and Accounts Payable; Lewis Forrest, Early Identification Program; Jonathan Goldman, Computing Resources; Jeremy Lasich, Media Relations; Olga O’Brien, Intercollegiate Athletics; Cristen Piper, Student Activities; Jocelyn Rappaport, Information Services; Jim Russell, Purchasing and Accounts Payable; and Stacy Segerson, Johnson Center and Student Unions Operations.
Carol Henderson, staff development manager in Human Resources, coordinated the 2002-03 SUPERvisor Series and organized the ceremony at which the participants were honored.
