UPIC Survey Identifies Services under Review

The University Process Improvement Council (UPIC) support services survey conducted last year recently identified the top 10 services at George Mason, and the data has now also targeted several areas the committee will be continuously reviewing to ensure quality customer satisfaction.

Those services are housekeeping, and cleanliness of the classrooms and bathrooms; parking; development of departmental web sites; lack of off-campus Internet access through George Mason; several areas within Human Resources and Payroll; areas within facilities management, including academic classroom scheduling, events management, and the process of space allocation; food services; Accounts Payable and travel; and the George Mason Bookstore.
