Direct Deposit Notices Discontinued on Sept. 21

Effective Sept. 21, printed notices of direct deposit will be discontinued. After this date, employees will be able to review their direct deposit notices electronically using the university’s administrative applications online.

Users will be required to enter their George Mason ID number and four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once logged onto the system choose “Personnel Information” and then “Pay Stub.”
Those who do not regularly use their PIN should make note of this number, which appears in the message field of the pay stub. Increasingly, information and services will be distributed to employees electronically, and PINs will be the key to these services as the Patriot Project begins to implement the Banner system.
Employees paid on a semimonthly schedule will receive the last printed notice of direct deposit on Sept. 16. Those paid on a biweekly schedule will receive the last notice on Sept. 20. For more information, call x32600.
