The Industrial Psychologist has ranked the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program, housed in the College of Arts and Sciences, within the top 10 on each of four categories:

  • Faculty publications
  • U.S. News Rankings
  • Presentations at Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology conferences
  • Presentations at Industrial Organizational/Organizational Behavior conferences

Only three other I/O programs in the country ranked with George Mason in the top 10 in each of these major categories. The others were Bowling Green University, Penn State University, and the University of Akron.

The Industrial Psychologist is the official Division 14 periodical of the American Psychological Association and the official quarterly news publication of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
