ICAR Lecture Targets Negotiation and Law Enforcement

The Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (ICAR) holds a brown bag lunch today that looks at negotiation in law enforcement. Guest lecturer Gary Noesner, unit chief of the Crisis Negotiations Unit for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, speaks on “The State of the Art of Crisis Negotiation in 2002: Challenges and Opportunities for Law Enforcement.”
The discussion is part of ICAR’s series of informal lectures on research and practice of conflict resolution and is held in the ICAR Main Conference Room, A401, located at 4260 Chain Bridge Road in Fairfax.
