Faculty Showcase Explores Web-Assisted Assessment Techniques

The Center for Teaching Excellence and the Instructional Resource Center host the fourth in a series of 2002 Faculty Showcases on using technology to enhance education. “Online Conversational Environments: Bringing Pedagogy to the Forefront” is held tomorrow at 3 p.m. in the Johnson Center, Assembly Room G.
Learn how virtual conversation can offer alternative, unexpected opportunities for expression and learning. Ann Baker, School of Public Policy, will share her teaching experiences and research findings on these topics, which may appeal to those wishing to hold class discussions over the Internet.
