Special Sept. 11-Related Courses Offered This Summer

This summer George Mason will be offering a special series of classes and seminars to examine issues raised by the attacks against America on Sept. 11. The courses will cover such topics as conflict resolution, bioterrorism, economic issues, the politics and religion of the Middle East, and how we can help ourselves and our children cope with terrorism.

The courses are offered in the departments of Biology, History and Art History, Communication, Public and International Affairs, Psychology, Economics, and Philosophy and Religious Studies, as well as in New Century College, the College of Nursing and Health Science, the School of Public Policy, the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, the School of Information Technology and Engineering, and the School of Computational Sciences.
