The School of Law and the School of Public Policy cosponsor a forum, “Dark Winter: Bioterrorism and the End of America,” tomorrow from noon to 1 p.m. in Arlington I, Room 121.
John Hamre, former deputy secretary of defense and president of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, presents a study conducted with Oklahoma Gov. Frank Keating and former Sen. Sam Nunn and briefed to President George Bush and the congressional leadership that considers the possible consequences of a biological attack on America. Charles Robb, Distinguished Professor of Law and Public Policy, moderates the forum.
A reception follows in the atrium of Arlington I. The event is open to the university community.
