Safety Office Provides Tips for Suspicious Mail

With the recent incidences of anthrax being sent through the mail, the Safety Office encourages all George Mason employees to notify the University Police Department if they receive a suspicious package or letter. According to Keith Bushey, chief safety officer, recipients should keep the item isolated and place it in a plastic bag if one is available, then immediately wash their hands with soap and water.
