Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble Present Americana

The George Mason Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble present Americana: an Evening of American Music tonight at 8 p.m. in the Concert Hall. John Casagrande and Anthony Maiello are the conductors.

As a special feature, the East Coast premiere of The Shining City, by composer Mark Camphouse, is also presented. Camphouse gives a musical portrait of former President Ronald Reagan, narrated by Dan DeVany of WETA 90.9 FM.
