Information Technology Unit to Hold Open House

The newly reorganized Information Technology Unit (ITU) will hold an open house on Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Johnson Center Multipurpose Room.
The open house will feature displays, demonstrations, and exhibits from the staff in all areas of ITU, including University Libraries, the Instructional Resource Center, Electronic Classrooms, Academic Labs, the Student Technology Assistance and Resource Center, the Support Center/Help Desk, Patriot Computers, GMU-TV, Telecom, and Technology Systems. There will also be faculty demonstrations of Technology Across the Curriculum projects. The open house will provide an opportunity for the university community to become acquainted with the new structure and functions of the unit.
