Nominations for the Outstanding Achievement Award are due in the Human Resources Office by Monday, Jan. 29. This award, which replaces the OPA and EPA awards, recognizes achievements that result in significant benefit to the university, school, institute, or department. These are sustained, long-term accomplishments performed over a period of at least one year within the realm of the employee’s job.
The winners, who will be selected by the Compensation Committee, receive a check for $1,000 (less any previous amount awarded for the Immediate Recognition Award). The award is open to administrative and professional faculty, and classified and wage employees. The nomination form is on the Human Resources web page.
