Members of the George Mason Alumni Association (GMAA) are greeting students this morning on the Prince William Campus from 9 to 11. In addition to providing students with donuts and a complimentary cup of coffee or juice, alumni are handing out literature such as copies of the Mason Spirit alumni magazine.
“The purpose of this event is to get our name out there – to generate awareness of the GMAA, who we are, and what we do,” says Tami O’Brien, assistant director of GMAA and an alumna. “This is a great way to connect with our future alumni. It should be a lot of fun.”
