Imagine flying bats, dancing gargoyles, and the historic mystery surrounding the name Dracula. Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) takes the stage with Dracula Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.

This original production, based on the Bram Stoker classic, combines the music of Gustav Mahler and the choreography of RWB’s Mark Godden to create a visual and artistic masterpiece that has mesmerized Canadian audiences since its creation in 1998. In this exclusive U.S. tour, the essence of the Gothic tale combines with technically masterful classical ballet to create this magically theatrical full-length interpretation.

A pre-performance discussion is held each evening at 7:15 p.m. in the Concert Hall’s

Grand Tier coffee lounge. For tickets, call (703) 218-6500.
