The support services survey sent out last month was completed by 52 percent of those who received it according to members of the Special Projects and Analysis for Management (SPAM) committee. Results of the survey are expected to be released next month.
The survey was sent to 2,330 faculty and staff members at the university, and 1,215 filled out the survey online. It was the first support services survey, which is distributed every two years, to be conducting via the Internet.
Of those 1,215 surveys, 523 were turned in by classified employees, 419 by faculty members, and 273 by administrative employees. Employees at the Fairfax Campus completed the most surveys with 1,079, followed by Arlington employees (65), Prince William employees (52), and employees from other locations (19).
