Rev. Jesse Jackson is on George Mason Fairfax Campus today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Johnson Center Atrium to promote voter registration and the Democratic Party. His address to the George Mason community, “No Vote, No Choice,” is intended to encourage college-aged people to vote and discuss the political issues the candidates are facing. Jackson’s appearance is sponsored by Mason’s chapter of the NAACP. Jackson was originally scheduled to be on campus last week, but his flight was delayed by inclement weather.

The event is free and open to everyone. For more information, contact Aundi Moore, president of the Mason NAACP chapter, at (703) 622-7339.
