The graduating seniors in the School of Art are gearing up for the semiannual Art and Design Show, which will be on display from May 9 through 13. A closing reception will be held on Friday, May 13, from 6 to 10 p.m.

During this week, the three-story, 88,900-square-foot Art and Design Building will be bursting at the seams with artwork by more than 90 students. As attendees weave through the hallways and into the various studio spaces, they will enjoy a variety of art pieces, including paintings and drawings, digital arts, more than 50 graphic design books, sculptures, photography and prints.

During the reception, live music will be performed by artists The Attractions, Ketura, Solace Sovay, Jelly Gums, Atlast and Stanley Cooley. Refreshments will be provided for this free event, which is open to the campus community and general public.

More details and a listing of the exhibiting artists are available online.
