Beginning Labor Day weekend, George Mason students, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to extend their evenings away from the university without worrying about finding a ride back to campus. Starting September 1, an express metro shuttle will run between the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station and George Mason on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, after the CUE bus stops service. The free service will be in operation every weekend through December 10 while classes are in session.
The shuttle will run continuous pick-ups and drop-offs from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, and from 6:30 to 12:30 a.m. on Sunday nights. A valid George Mason ID is required to ride the shuttle, which will pick up students, faculty, and staff behind SUB I and in front of SUB II.
