Forget your parking decal? Not to worry. According to Jeremy Sharp of Parking Services, faculty, staff, and students who hold valid decals no longer have to purchase day passes for those times when the decal is left at home on the other car. “We’re trying to make the process easier and more convenient for everyone,” he says.

Now, valid decal holders at the Fairfax Campus may go to Parking Services for a free temporary pass. As before, they may also use the deck and pay the hourly rate. At Arlington, garage and surface lot tickets will be validated at the Parking Services office, and members of the campus community at Prince William should ask for assistance at the Information Desk or the University Police office.

In addition, load/unload passes are no longer issued. Users of designated load/unload spaces are reminded to turn on vehicle emergency flashers and conclude their activities within 30 minutes.
