University Life, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente and Aetna Student Health, is sponsoring the 15th Annual Health and Fitness Expo at the Fairfax and Prince William campuses this spring.
The Fairfax Expo will be on Thursday, March 31, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall.
The Prince William Expo will be Thursday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Bull Run Hall.
Community and on-campus exhibitors will provide health information on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, alternative therapies and healthy self-care practices.
The Expo will feature interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, health screenings, fitness instruction and physical challenges.
Stop by to learn fitness techniques from Breakthrough Training, cheer on teams in the Mason Top Chef cook-off or take a second to do the downward dog with Aquatic and Fitness Center instructors.
Nearly 100 vendors will be at the Health and Fitness Expo; to see a complete list, go to hfe.gmu.edu.
All events are free, and employee participation is encouraged.
