Mason’s Education Leadership Program (EDLE) in the Graduate School of Education will hold its 12th Annual Education Leadership Program Conference on Thursday, March 24, in the Johnson Center’s Dewberry Hall.

More than 250 students will attend the EDLE program, as well as 60 educational leaders from Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

The conference theme is Collaboration for Evidence-Based Practice. The conference format involves having educational leaders share with a group of eight students one story about successful collaboration in their school. This is then replicated two more times at different tables with different student groups, thereby providing the students with multiple glimpses of best practices that promote student achievement in various school settings.

For more information, see the website, call 703-993-3633 or contact the conference coordinator, professor Alan Sturrock.
