Mason Walk In’ Makes It Easy to Exercise

Is the bad weather preventing you from walking for exercise? No problem. Wellness by Mason has created Mason Walk In’ to keep you on track.
With the help of community health student Rose Armoo, Wellness by Mason has mapped many of the major buildings on the campuses to show how a few turns through the hallways can give you your one-mile (or longer) walk.
For example, if you’re headed to the Johnson Center, you can complete a mile by circling the first and second floors three times.
