A Day in the Life of the JC

Several months ago, a news team from The Chronicle of Higher Education spent a full day at Mason, from early morning to late at night, to record “A Day in the Life of a Student Union” at Mason’s multipurpose student union, the Johnson Center.

Revolutionary in concept when it opened 14 years ago, the “JC” has since served as a model for many other colleges and universities. The Chronicle captured the people and activities of the JC through video and interviews. See the result here.
