Next Tuesday, Nov. 23, the English Language Institute (ELI) at Mason will host its fifth annual Thanksgiving luncheon from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

International faculty members and students are invited to attend. RSVP and print out a free ticket here.

The event will feature performances by Mason’s Hispanic Student Association and the Fairfax High School Academy’s African Dance Student Group and the Korean Fan Dancers.

“This is the first year that we will have performances at the event,” says Elissa Shultz, representative for ELI.

This year’s theme is global traditions and talent. Sandra Scherrens, vice president for University Life, will address the gathering and conduct a ceremonial turkey carving.
