Kid Cudi Concert at Center for the Arts Sold Out

Mason’s University Life and the Office of Student Involvement have announced this year’s fall concert is Kid Cudi, performing at the Center for the Arts on the Fairfax Campus on Thursday, Sept. 23. Showtime is 8 p.m.

Kid Cudi, is an American rapper, singer and actor. He first gained major attention after the release of his debut mixtape, “A Kid Named Cudi.” In 2009, his single, “Day ‘n’ Nite,” reached the top five of the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts. “Day ‘n’ Nite” is part of Cudi’s debut album, “Man on the Moon: The End of Day.”

Tickets for Kid Cudi are sold out as of Sept. 1.

Kid Cudi ‘s much anticipated second full-length album, “Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Ranger,” is set for release in October.  The album’s first single, which was released in June, is titled “Erase Me” and features Kanye West. Kid Cudi is currently starring in the new HBO comedy series “How to Make It in America.”
