University Libraries Special Collections & Archives (SC&A) has prepared an online exhibit, “Attacking Complex Problems: The Life and Work of Dr. John Warfield.”
Warfield was Mason professor emeritus of public policy and integrative studies. He died last year at the age of 84.
Warfield donated his papers to Mason, and the exhibit is drawn from the papers, highlighting the periods of his life and different stages of his work.
The online exhibit was created by history graduate student David Colamaria using Omeka, a web design tool developed by Mason’s Center for History and New Media. Colamaria worked under the supervision of Bob Vay, SC&A digital collections archivist. The project, which took more than six months to complete, was made possible through a School of Public Policy endowment.
