Food Services Contract Proposals Presented to University Community

The Food Services Advisory Committee will review all non-vending presentations by prospective vendors on Monday, April 3, in Mason Hall, Room D5. The schedule is as follows:
Sodexho-Marriott: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Mason Hospitality: 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Chartwells: 3:30 to 5 p.m.
The sessions are open to the university community. Each session includes 45 minutes of oral presentation and 45 minutes for questions. The contractors will be asked to identify the most important part of the program that they have selected and describe what needs it will meet. There will be no official scoring of the proposals until after the presentations. The committee plans to make a recommendation by mid-April.
This is part of the ongoing selection process to award a contract to provide food services to the university when the contract of the current vendor, Sodexho Marriott, expires on July 1.
