Staff Senate to Host Summer Dining Forum on March 30

March 29, 2010Print-Friendly Version

The Staff Senate will host a Summer Dining Forum with Denise Ammaccapane, resident district manager of Mason Dining, on Tuesday, March 30, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Johnson Center, Gold Room.

Mason Dining wants input from the campus community about which dining venues should be available on the Fairfax Campus during the summer months. This is an opportunity to voice your preferences on what and where you want to eat on campus this summer.

This event is open to the entire Mason campus community.

If Southside is to be closed for the summer, I believe it is important to keep the Bistro in the JC open, along with Jazzman’s. Otherwise, there won’t be reasonably priced options for a cup of coffee and somewhat healthy lunch — the fast food places really aren’t appealing to those of us trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
    Thank you for your consideration.
